语言学习中心成立于2014年7月，拥有优秀的、具有丰富教学实践经验的专职教师，先进的多媒体教学设施和针对外国人学习汉语的教学大纲和培训计划。自成立以来已经有数十名来自印尼、荷兰、美国、俄罗斯等国家的学生在中心学习汉语课程。

       Established in July 2014, Language Learning Center (LCC) has a qualified and experienced faculty team, multi-media teaching facilities for Chinese language studies for foreign students. LLC has provided Chinese training programs for students from Indonesia, the Netherlands, the U.S.A. and Russia.

       根据学生的汉语水平，中心设有不同层次的教学班级，分为初级、中级、高级三个层次；包含有综合汉语、口语和听力等必修课和其他选修课程，课程分为长期（一学期或一年）和短期（1-2个月），每学年两个学期。此外还为学生提供丰富多彩的实践、参观、座谈、游览等活动，使留学生在学习汉语的同时了解中国文化、历史、社会和风土人情等。中心采取课堂教学和课外实践相结合的教学模式，教学效果好，学生评价高，很多国际学生取得了优异的成绩，并获得学校颁发的结业证书和成绩单。

       LLC provides students with three levels of training programs - Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced, which include compulsory courses of speaking, listening and other optional courses. The program can be long-term lasting 1 semester or 1 academic year or short-term of 1 to 2 months. In addition to courses and lectures, LLC also offers extracurricular cultural activities and site visits so that students can better understand the Chinese culture, history, society, tradition and customs. The combination of courses and extracurricular activities has gained reputation from students who have successfully completed the training program and received good results and the certificate of completion of program.

1.培养计划/Training Plan

课程级别：初级班（初级1，初级2）、中级班、高级班

Level: Elementary (Ele-1, Ele-2), Intermediate, Advanced

学制：每学年分春季、秋季两个学期，均可申请入学；每个学期有16周，周一至周五上课，每周20节课时。

Arrangement: both sping semester and fall semester are open for application;

        16 weeks per semester, classes arranged on weekdays, 20 class hours per week

3.特色课程/Extracurricular Activities：

1）文化体验活动：为满足学生需要，加深对中国文化的理解和体验，设有汉字书法、中国武术、中国音乐欣赏、中国民族舞蹈、中国烹饪等体验课，定期带领留学生参观广州历史文化景点。

Culture Experience: Chinese Calligraphy, Chinese Kong Fu, Chinese Music Appreciation, Chinese Folk Dance, Chinese Cooking, etc. In addition, LLC organizes inner-city tours that students can visit scenic spots, museums, etc.

2）一对一伙伴辅导：中心通过对在校中国学生筛选为留学生配备一对一学习伙伴，延伸和加强课堂汉语学习。

Buddy program: Guangzhou College provides international students with a Chinese student buddy who are volunteers to help students in their Chinese language study in addition to assistance in life.
